Most products are purchased as you order them to insure freshness. We ship orders within 4 days after they have been received. If we have inadvertently shipped the wrong product, we will cheerfully replace it with the correct one. All orders are packaged with care and leave our premises in perfect condition. We reserve the right to substitute another size of the product you order, as long as the quantity equals or exceeds the quantity you would have received in your original size. We can not accept responsibility for product damaged in shipping. Because we are dealing with food products, we package all orders in NEW CARTONS.
